Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To provide the best care for all patients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.

We understand emergencies happen and may waive the fee in certain circumstances at our discretion.

Patients with repeated missed appointments may be required to pay a deposit prior to scheduling future visits.
